Who am I?

Hello, my name is Laura and I am a passionate illustrator currently working in the world of 2D animation. Drawing and creating characters has been a lifelong passion of mine. Growing up surrounded by books about fairies, elves, and antique trinkets has given me a deep appreciation for the past. My art often explores dark, mysterious, and symbolic themes, as well as elements of fantasy and magic. These seemingly opposing themes reflect my personality and artistic influences.

Schooling

I studied visual arts in high school and computer graphics in higher education. I specialized in 2D animation and illustration. I studied abroad for a few months in Nantes, France, and did my internship at Walking the Dog Studio in Brussels, which allowed me to develop various skills in 2D animation such as layout and prop design.
